The Thought Project is a publication. It collects as little information as it can and never sells it. This page explains what that means in practice.

What we collect

  • Newsletter. If you subscribe, your email address is passed to our newsletter provider so that we can send you the newsletter. That is its only use.
  • Analytics. We may use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand which articles are read, which searches are made and where visitors arrive from. These figures are aggregate and do not identify you.
  • Email. If you write to us, we keep your message to reply to it.

What we don’t do

  • No advertising or advertising trackers.
  • No selling or sharing of personal data.
  • No cross-site tracking cookies.

Stored in your browser

If you tick steps in an “Implement this” checklist, your ticks are saved in your own browser so they are still there when you return. They never leave your device.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email. To ask for your data to be deleted, write to hello@thethoughtproject.example.
